Bangkok Synthetics, BST group, established in 1991, is a pioneer of C4 business from mixed C4 feedstock in Thailand. Its shareholders comprise Hua Kee, SCG Chemical, Bangkok Bank and others.

BST acquired dipping business from Dow Reichhold Specialty Latex, and developed and commercialized Nitrile Latex, NBL in 2013.

Hua Kee, a Thai company established in paper industry and diversified into a multiplicity of foreign joint ventures in gas, energy and plastic mega-plants, acquired BSTS from BST and became the joint-venture between Hue Kee 90% and ENEOS Materials Corporation 10% in 2015.
